Open Saved Items

You can open any saved schedule or validator session directly from the Library. Opening an item navigates you to the appropriate tool and loads the item automatically.

Open a saved schedule

1. Click 🗂️ Library in the navigation bar.
2. Make sure the 📆 Schedules tab is selected.
3. Find the schedule you want to open.
4. Click ▶ Open.

The app navigates to the Academic Calendar and loads the schedule's placements. You can review or continue editing from there.

Open a saved validator session

1. Click 🗂️ Library in the navigation bar.
2. Click the 📅 Validator Sessions tab.
3. Find the session you want to open.
4. Click ▶ Open.

The app navigates to the Validator and restores all of the session's state — student name, grade, student type, course selections, and waivers.

Schedule conflict detection

When you open a validator session, the Validator checks whether the source master schedule has changed since the session was saved. If courses were added or removed, a conflict notice appears with the details. Review and update the student's selections as needed.

Refresh the Library

If another user has recently saved or deleted items, click ↻ Refresh in the top-right corner of the Library to reload the list.
