Welcome to Master Schedule

Master Schedule is a web-based platform for K–12 schools that brings course scheduling and schedule validation together in one place. Administrators build and manage the master schedule. Counselors and staff validate individual student schedules against it. Everyone works from the same live data.

What you can do

Academic Calendar lets administrators and staff place teacher–course assignments across periods and block days, semester by semester, and save the result as the school's master schedule.

Validator lets staff work through a student's course selections against a loaded master schedule, check that all grade-level requirements are met, waive prior-year completions, and save or export the result.

Library gives everyone a central place to find, open, and manage saved schedules and validator sessions — with visibility controls and, for admins, schedule locking.
