Manage Visibility¶
Each saved schedule and validator session has a visibility setting — Public or Private. Visibility controls whether all school members can see the item or only staff and admins.
What visibility means¶
🌐 Public — The item is visible to all active users at the school, including Viewers.
🔒 Private — The item is visible only to staff and admin users. Viewers cannot see private items.
All newly saved items are public by default.
Staff and Admin only
Only Staff and Admin users can change visibility. Viewers see the visibility badge on items but cannot change it.
Toggle an item's visibility¶
- Go to 🗂️ Library.
- Find the item whose visibility you want to change.
- Click the 🌐 button (public) or 👁 button (private) to the right of the item.
The visibility badge updates immediately. If the item is public, clicking toggles it to private. If it is private, clicking toggles it back to public.
