Delete Items

Deleting an item from the Library permanently removes it from the database. Deletion cannot be undone.

Staff and Admin only

Only Staff and Admin users can delete items.

Delete a schedule or session

  1. Go to 🗂️ Library.
  2. Find the item you want to delete.
  3. Click the 🗑 button to the right of the item.
  4. A confirmation dialog appears showing the item name.
  5. Click Delete permanently to confirm, or Cancel to go back.

The item is removed from the list immediately.

Deleting a locked schedule

Staff users cannot delete a locked schedule — the delete button is disabled. The tooltip on the disabled button reads "Unlock the schedule before deleting."

Admin users can delete a locked schedule directly without unlocking it first.

Why you might need to delete

Each school has a limit of 50 schedules and 20 validator sessions. When a tab reaches its limit, a warning banner appears and new saves are blocked. Deleting older or unused items frees up space.

Deletion is permanent

There is no recycle bin or undo for Library deletions. Make sure you no longer need an item before deleting it. If you are unsure, consider making it private instead of deleting it.
