Library¶
The Library is the central hub for managing saved master schedules and validator sessions. Every active user at your school can browse the Library and open items from it. Staff and admins have additional tools to control visibility and delete items. Admins can also lock schedules to protect finalized versions from accidental changes.
What the Library contains¶
The Library has two tabs:
📆 Schedules — All saved master schedules. Each schedule shows its name, number of placements, semester, last updated date, created-by name, status badge, and visibility badge.
📅 Validator Sessions — All saved student validator sessions. Each session shows the student name (if entered), grade, immersion flag, last updated date, and created-by name.
Items in both tabs are sorted by most recently updated.
Limits¶

When a tab is at its limit, a warning banner appears at the top of that tab. You must delete an item before you can save a new one. The count badge on each tab turns red when the limit is reached.
